Compile boost from source


  1. Start the Visual Studio prompt.
  2. Navigate to you boost folder.
  3. Run bootstrap.bat to build b2
  4. To build 32-bit libs for VS2010 run:
    b2 --toolset=msvc-10.0 --build-type=complete stage
